Your satisfaction and happiness with your Faulkner Call is very
important. With that in mind if you ever require service such
as tuning, cleaning or repairs these will be done free of any
service charge. A flat fee of $15.00 is required to return the
call to you. Send only by Canada Post or US postal service as
couriers often charge additional brokerage fees upon receipt,
for this reason these will not be accepted. Every effort will
be made to promptly service your call and return it to you. Faulkner
Calls are all high quality valuable items so every couple of years
consider sending your call in to get freshened up for the upcoming
season, after all it's free. Every Faulkner Call is guaranteed
against defect and backed up with a repair/replace policy. This
would not apply to misuse of the item. Due to sanitary reasons
as well as the custom handmade nature of these products refunds
are not possible.
